All in moderation ...<BR/><BR/>OH - I have a great book I've wanted to recommend. I actually haven't been able to get my hands on one yet, but have read several excerpts from it. It's all about natural childbirth (which freaks out a lot of women), but what I think you'll enjoy is that it is full of stories ... lots and lots of positive birth stories. You don't get enough of that when you're pregnant, and it really is very empowering and encouraging. I've been reading reviews by women who are having medicated births, but feel much more confident about labor and delivery now that they've read it.<BR/><BR/>You're doing what you were made to do, and you're going to do it fabulously! Isn't that cool?<BR/><BR/>It's "Ina May's Guide to Childbirth". She's the queen of birthing babies! And she's on Amazon - even better! ha!
